About Micro Filtration PVDF Membrane
The function of the Micro Filtration PVDF Membrane consists of a bioreactor that handles the biodegradation of airborne bacteria (solids) followed by membrane filtration (liquids). Hollow fiber membrane modules perform solid-liquid separation in biochemical pools, replacing secondary and tertiary filters to reduce footprint. Micro Filtration PVDF Membrane contains a hybrid hollow fiber membrane made of PVDF (h-PVDF) coated non-oven fabric. Due to the highly efficient retention action of the membrane, the nitrifying bacteria are fully retained in the bioreactor with the following results:
- High nitrogen removal
- Effluent disinfections
- Complete solids removal from effluent including COD, BOD, and suspended solids
- Low sludge production
